RPC nodes enable you to retrieve information about on-chain activities using HTTP requests. We actively scan the network and generate a list of nodes that expose their RPC endpoints. It's important to note that these nodes are not under our control, and we do not validate the accuracy of the data they provide. Nevertheless, we strongly recommend utilizing our managed nodes for added reliability.
We collect the reported block heights on a daily basis, and this data is presented as a snapshot taken at the time of data collection.
Validators or public sentries with voting power greater than 0 are flagged with a warning symbol. As these endpoints are exposed to the public network, they can potentially be exploited as an attack vector that could pose a threat to the blockchain. Node operators should be conscious of this risk and implement firewall rules to restrict the attack surface of their validator infrastructure.
